SolanaBlender Roadmap
Last updated: 05 Sep 2025
We build with purpose, privacy, and permanence. This roadmap outlines our journey — from stealth wallet infrastructure to full decentralization. Timelines are conservative to reflect long-term commitment and sustainable development.
Phase 1: Foundations (Q1 2024 – Q2 2025) Done
- Concept creation and whitepaper publication
- Design and launch of stealth routing engine
- Multi-hop wallet system with decoy branches and jitter logic
- Base58 key export for compatibility (Phantom, Backpack, etc.)
- Production release of SolanaBlender.com and .onion mirror
Phase 2: Trust & Community (Q2 2025 – Q2 2026) In progress
- Presence on Dread, Reddit, and darknet privacy directories
- Educational content on crypto privacy and on-chain hygiene
- Automated outreach via Twitter bot and support via Telegram
- Discord server for privacy users and feedback loops
- Begin formal submission to Solana ecosystem directories
Phase 3: Cross-Chain Privacy Gateway (Q3 2026 – Q2 2027) Ahead of schedule
- oBTC/oETH routing: integration path defined (Wormhole → Portal → Allbridge evaluation)
- BTC/ETH → SOL routing pilot live (ahead of schedule)
- Optional reverse bridge: clean SOL out → native BTC/ETH
- Launch StealthXMR.io for Monero-powered private swaps
- Non-custodial XMR → SOL swaps (live)
- Design support for shielded ZEC integration and testnet experiments
Phase 4: Token Utility Layer (Q3 2027 – Q1 2028) Planned
- Launch of governance/utility token with transparent cap
- Staking for reduced fees and user alignment (non-custodial)
- Usage-based incentives for routing contributors or node operators
- Token used for governance of parameters and privacy features
Phase 5: DAO Transition & Decentralization (Mid 2028+) Planned
- Transition to community governance and routing logic ownership
- Open DAO proposal system and opt-in transparency audits
- Introduce zero-knowledge proof-of-routing (for audit compliance)
- Path toward fully decentralized, censorship-resistant privacy layer
This roadmap is a living document. Feedback, collaboration, and contribution are always welcome — especially from the privacy, security, and open-source communities.
