Frequently Asked Questions

Direct, transparent answers about private routing, BTC/ETH → SOL support, timing, fees, compliance, and security.

What does SolanaBlender actually do?

SolanaBlender performs private wallet routing on Solana. Your funds move through randomized hops plus decoy branches that make heuristic tracing much harder. The final wallet is single-use and you hold the keys.

We are not a pooling mixer. There’s no commingling; every step is visible on-chain and verifiable.

Do you support BTC or ETH?

Yes. You can start with BTC or ETH. We quote a provider deposit address with min/max and expiry. After your transfer confirms, the flow converts to SOL and immediately continues with SOL cleaning — no extra clicks.

The quote module shows expected output after fees and slippage before you accept.

What are the fees?

Cleaning fee: 1% of the amount routed.

Network reserve: a small on-chain reserve (displayed up front) used to seed hop/decoy wallets and pay Solana network fees. Any unspent dust is burned or retained in decoys — it is not kept by us.

Everything is shown in the “Quote Details” card before you accept.

How long does it take?

Incoming transfers are detected automatically — no page refresh required. After your funds confirm on-chain, most sessions complete in 15–25 minutes depending on congestion and hop complexity.

Do I need to connect a wallet?

No. You send to a generated session address. At the end, you receive the new wallet’s key material (JSON + Base58) to import into Phantom, Backpack, or any Solana wallet.

Do you keep logs or require KYC?

No and no. The system is non-custodial and stateless. Temporary session data clears when routing is done. We don’t require KYC. For responsible record-keeping, see our Privacy Hub.

Is this legal and compliant?

Yes when used for lawful privacy, separation of funds, and accounting hygiene. Our acceptable-use policy prohibits criminal concealment, sanctions evasion, or abuse.

We publish jurisdictional guidance (HMRC, IRS, MiCA/DAC8, ATO, IRAS, OECD CARF) in the Privacy Hub to help you maintain clear records.

How do I access the final wallet?

You’ll be shown a Base58 key and a JSON export. Import either into your preferred wallet. Store this securely; we cannot recover it.

What if I sent the wrong amount or missed the quote expiry?

If you send outside the quoted min/max or after expiry, the provider may reject or delay settlement. Use the exact amount shown and watch the countdown. If you made a mistake, contact support with your TXID so we can assist.

How can I verify the site and operator?

We publish a signed PGP message and public key (fingerprint 5E11 00C6 EBEF 3465 4EB1 0634 F573 A0B1 5B2E D939) proving control of SolanaBlender.com and our .onion mirror. External scans and security notes live at /security.html.

What’s your acceptable-use policy in plain English?

Use SolanaBlender for privacy, not crime. Don’t use it to conceal proceeds of crime, evade sanctions, or violate platform ToS. We cooperate lawfully and design for user sovereignty, not misuse.

Can you recover my funds if I lose the key?

No. We’re non-custodial. Back up your final wallet before closing the page.

Who typically uses SolanaBlender?

Freelancers paid in SOL, NFT creators, DeFi teams, arbitrage and market-making ops, airdrop participants consolidating wallets, DAO treasuries/donors, researchers, and privacy-focused individuals who want clean exits to CEXs without exposing their full history.
